Return Policy

 

At Selenium Fitness, we want you to love every piece you purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the item being delivered to you. To be eligible, your item must:
   •    Be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, scents, or damage
   •    Have all original tags attached
   •    Be returned in its original packaging
   •    Include any accessories or components that came with the product

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
   •    Underwear, bodysuits, or items that directly contact intimate areas
   •    Final sale or clearance items
   •    Items purchased during limited-time promotions (optional: brand choice — you can include or remove this)

Return Approval

All returns are subject to inspection. Selenium Fitness reserves the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of wear, misuse, or does not meet the conditions listed above.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour, depending on availability. If the item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos.

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

**PLEASE NOTE: that return requests and/or exchanges must be initiated via email. Inquiries submitted through other channels (including social media platforms) cannot be accommodated and will be redirected to email correspondence to ensure accurate processing and avoid delays or errors.
